Overview

This workshop helps potential loan applicants to understand the things that lenders consider necessary for loan approval. More specifically, the workshop covers the components of a solid business plan, the documentation required to secure a loan as well as credit and equity requirements. The workshop also reviews various SBA loan programs and eligibility criteria and helps participants to understand the main reasons loans are rejected.

I feel that the information Mrs. Griffin was presenting was very informative, and she broke down the information so that I could understand, she allowed question as we were going, and she answer with no hesitation which was good cause there were different induvial with different business concerns. Always she gave her contact information just in case anyone needed further assistance understanding availability to guide you to the right person for your needs. Thanks Again for This opportunity. I really enjoyed this session. It was great to hear from an actual banker who approves business loans on what the requirements are for a business plan. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that it was an intimate setting and how the speaker was able to give examples on how to apply the information given for each attendees unique situation.
