"Let's have more meetings!" said nobody, ever.  Most of us dread meetings, finding them dull, disorganized and disheartening when we have to rinse and repeat the process without getting results.  Boost efficiency up to 20% and productivity up to 22% when you know the best practices for conducting meetings that actually get things done.

Importance: Why this competency is important to our organization, mission, strategy, or goals.

Poorly conducted meetings lead to frustration, disengagement and wasted resources (time, energy, money and more). Many workers don't know how to effectively or efficiently set up, run and debrief their meetings, which increases the level of distaste most of us have for these events. Boost efficiency up to 20% and productivity up to 22% when you know the best practices for conducting meetings that actually get things done.
