  • The program offers rich content derived from over 20 sources, delivered by an expert facilitator, certified in women in leadership.

The Women in Leadership Program was designed by, and is facilitated by, ScaleUp's Founder & CEO, Christine Render.

Christine received her Women in Leadership certificate from The George Washington University School of Business and currently serves as an Advisory Council member for the program. Her expertise in this area enables her to help females and their allies consider challenges women may face in the workplace and how to address them.

Christine is trained in Ken Blanchard’s Coaching Essentials®, has over 10 years of leadership coaching experience and a Professional Life Coach certification. Christine’s background in talent management and strategy coupled with the art and science of coaching gives her the ability to develop a clear path of discovery and meaningful exercises for each unique individual.
